🎯 Requirements

8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role, EOR expertise preferred.
Proven track record handling complex global HR conversations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
Knowledge of HR tech and international employment compliance (Americas).
Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
JIRA, Zendesk, Notion experience a plus; multilingual a plus.
