• Serve as a definitive subject matter expert for EOR services across the Americas.

• Partner with Legal, Product, and Operations to shape strategy and product-market fit.
• Manage high-value accounts with Americas-specific needs.
• Translate complex regulations into clear guidance for customers.
• Act as escalation point for high-liability HR issues in the Americas.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role, EOR experience ideal.
• Proven track record managing strategic HR conversations globally.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR tech and international employment compliance (Americas).
• Collaborative with internal stakeholders; multi-country exposure a plus.
• JIRA, Zendesk, and Notion familiarity a plus; multilingual a plus.
