International Consultant, APAC

📋 Description

• Serve as SME for EOR across APAC markets and regulatory envs.
• Advisor for APAC compliance, cross-border nuances, labor standards.
• Partner with Legal/Product/Operations to guide GTM strategy.
• Manage high-value accounts needing jurisdictional expertise.
• Escalation point for cross-border compliance or high-liability HR issues.
• Identify EOR expansion opportunities across new markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role, APAC/EOR preferred.
• 2+ years managing complex EOR customer-facing issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of HR tech and international employment compliance.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Exposure to multiple countries/regions is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, and Notion is a plus.
• Multilingual fluency is a plus.
