• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, with at least 3
• Hands-on experience managing complex entity set-ups, international expansion programs or

• Skilled at building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Accounting
• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks that provide accountability without
• Strong analytical skills and can synthesize complex project data into clear, executive-ready
