📋 Description

• Support licensing and regulatory matters for group companies across regions (Asia, Africa, LatAm).
• Draft, proofread, and negotiate MSAs, SLAs, licensing agreements, and NDAs.
• Provide daily legal support to billing, marketing, and finance on corporate, contractual, and IP matters.
• Represent the legal function in cross‑team cooperation.
• Draft and proofread Terms & Conditions and privacy policies.
• Communicate and coordinate the work of external counsels from different jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in corporate, contractual, regulatory matters
• Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law
• Experience in international companies or abroad
• IP or Tax expertise is a huge advantage
• Fluent English, written and spoken (legal English)
