International Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Cadence & Operating Rhythms: Spearhead and own internal operating cadences and reporting
• Work Item & Resource Planning: Lead work item prioritization, project planning, and resource
• Execution Management: Oversee master project plans, timelines, and resource dependencies, actively
• Define and track core operational performance metrics and resource utilization, creating executive
• Gather inputs from country teams and XFN partners and synthesize into clear status updates, risks
• Lead recurring operational cadences (regional check-ins, QBR prep, scorecards, resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or cross-functional
• Experience supporting international or multi-region teams is a plus.
• Strong project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management, stakeholder updates).
• Comfortable driving clarity across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and simplify.
