📋 Description

• Manage, audit, and execute multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ international countries
• Lead the payroll calendar and operating cadence across countries, proactively managing
• Partner with local in-country payroll providers to maintain strict adherence to regional pay
• Oversee international equity compensation payroll processing (RSUs, Stock Options) and ensure full
• Act as functional lead for payroll technology projects, leveraging Workday to automate workflows
• Partner with Benefits, People Operations, Legal, and Finance; manage external vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations) and global payroll
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables) for complex data
