International Record to Report Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring accounts are complete, accurate and delivered within Group
• Run the close calendar and track close KPIs such as on-time close, reconciliation completion and
• Ensure every balance sheet reconciliation is prepared, reviewed and approved, and that reconciling
• Own accruals, prepayments and journals standards including coding and cut-off
• Set the intercompany process including monthly matching, elimination and loan balances
• Own fixed asset and capex accounting policy including useful lives and go-forward procedure

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent such as CPA)
• Relevant R2R experience including balance sheet reconciliations, journals, banking, fixed assets
• Strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge, with experience preparing consolidated IFRS accounts
• Technical accounting depth: able to form, document and defend positions on complex transactions
• Strong controls experience (SOX preferred)
• Experience managing external audit to tight deadlines
