International Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily international air and ocean freight shipments with forwarders and 3PLs.
• Monitor shipments at the warehouse level to ensure timely processing.
• Schedule container/truck loading with forwarders and warehouse partners.
• Review order requirements and pull lot codes before shipments depart.
• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash in NetSuite with 3PLs and ops teams.
• Own the international product sample process, including labels and ETAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in logistics coordination, export ops, or customer supply chain.
• Solid understanding of ocean/air freight, scheduling, Incoterms, and export docs.
• NetSuite or similar ERP experience; advanced MS Excel skills.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with urgency, time mgmt, and adaptability.
• Highly organized with strict attention to lot codes, paperwork, and loading schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and internal teams.
