Internship Administrative Fleet Assistant

📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to the Fleet Department in its day-to-day activities;
• Manage and follow up on fleet-related documentation (vehicle registrations, insurance documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and ensure proper follow-up of requests from employees
• Maintain and update fleet databases, files and reports;
• Support the planning and coordination of vehicle deliveries, returns and maintenance activities;
• Assist the team with various administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, data entry and

🎯 Requirements

• You want to do an internship at our head office (Woluwe-Saint-Lambert);
• You are in a Bachelor / Master type training - Administrative assistant or equivalent;
• Your internship period must be at least 6 weeks full-time. Please mention your internship period in
• You speak French/Dutch and you have a good knowledge of English;
• You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...);
• You are dynamic and you have a sense of the organization;
