Internship: Digital Media (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description

• Assist Marketing with day-to-day social and digital duties.
• Support Capitals social media strategy; brainstorm; monitor trends.
• Create graphics and copy for Capitals social platforms, website, emails.
• Capture real-time photo/video content at practices, games, events.
• Shoot/edit video for WashCaps.com.
• Track social post performance and provide insights for reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Working experience running social media accounts.
• Creative experience in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Lightroom.
• Introductory knowledge of photography and video shooting/editing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reliable transportation and local housing.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
