📋 Description

• Assist with creating and executing Wizards sales events and programs.
• Learn event planning and program implementation hands-on.
• Coordinate pre-event logistics with vendors, venues, and guests.
• Support budgeting, inventory, and post-event data recap.
• Use Archtics and Salesforce for post-event data analysis.
• Contribute to planning, setup, and promotion of Wizards events.

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Ability to balance several projects and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
