Internship: Sales Operations (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description

• Support Sales Ops to define event goals and outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics for events: vendors, menus, invitations, registrations.
• Collaborate with venues, AV, product vendors, and caterers.
• Manage inventory of autographed items and giveaways.
• Track promotional products, team memorabilia, and gifts.
• Use Archtics and FEVO for post-event data recap and analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate/graduate student or recent grad (within 9 months).
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and team player.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
