📋 Description

Internship to build next-gen search tech with focus on retrieval and ranking.
12-24 weeks, full-time, in-person in the Belgrade office.

🎯 Requirements

Strong foundation in machine learning and statistics; info retrieval, ranking, or recommender
Experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
Familiarity with offline metrics or A/B testing is a plus.
Previous experience in search, recommendation, or NLP is a plus.
Self-driven, ownership, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Rust is a plus.
