Support in-arena suite client activation and communications.
Learn Salesforce CRM and assist with the Capital One Arena suite rental process.
Learn TicketMaster Archtics software.
Assist with general office duties and suite-related arena projects.

🎯 Requirements

Current undergraduate or graduate student.
Effective and efficient communication skills.
Hospitality or sports marketing coursework/experience.
Highly organized and detail-driven; multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
