Internship: Youth Basketball Business (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day administrative operations of Washington Wizards Youth Basketball programming.
• Manage and maintain participant databases, assist with lead generation and data organization.
• Coordinate participant communications, including registration confirmations, event reminders
• Assist with creation, distribution, and analysis of participant, parent, and coach surveys
• Perform research on youth sports trends, community organizations, and potential program growth
• Help manage Jr. Wizards social media channels by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Passionate about sports and supporting the Wizards and the other MSE franchises.
• Previous marketing/promotional/event/street team experience preferred.
• Able to interact with youth and fans in an energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly manner.
• Ability to exercise discretion when working with confidential information.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
