• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one interviews and screening sessions to evaluate candidate skills
• Build and maintain an internal talent pool of qualified candidates across multiple roles and
• Evaluate resumes, assessments, and work samples to ensure candidates align with Wing’s hiring
• Prepare candidates for endorsement to client-facing recruitment teams by clarifying role

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience conducting candidate interviews, screenings, and assessments (required)
• Previous experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency specializing in
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational
• Demonstrated ability to manage large candidate pools while meeting deadlines and maintaining
• Experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (required)
