  • Experience with Inuit communities, Indigenous youth, Elders, and partners.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (public health, social work, education).
  • Approximately two years experience supporting youth volunteers or community initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in Inuktitut is considered an asset.
  • Preference for candidates residing in Inuit regions (Inuvialuit, Nunavut, Nunavik, Nunatsiavut).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and digital collaboration platforms.
