Oversee inventory across multiple 3PL warehouses.
Resolve WMS-NetSuite synchronization issues to maintain a single source of truth.
Monitor receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments; ensure controls.
Coordinate physical and cycle counts; investigate discrepancies.
Support SOPs and audit readiness; coordinate with auditors and finance.
Automate workflows and data analysis using Google Apps Script and AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years in inventory control or supply chain operations (3PL preferred).
Working knowledge of NetSuite and warehouse management systems.
Strong analytics, problem solving, and knowledge of internal controls/SOX.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, variance analysis) and vendor reconciliation.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Google Script, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, or Alteryx; Power Query.
