Be the first Inventory Accountant; establish foundational internal processes.
Complete operational accounting and reporting, incl. analysis and reconciliation.
Own inventory movements and reconciliations (receipts, production, transfers, scrap).
Partner with Contract Manufacturers to investigate discrepancies and align ERP records.
Review and support landed cost accounting.
Track monthly inventory balances by part/SKU.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related majors including business.
4+ years of accounting in a manufacturing environment, inventory control, month-end close.
Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
Hands-on experience managing physical inventory transactions involving raw materials, purchased components, subassemblies, WIP, and finished goods.
Professional working level English (B2 or higher).
ERP experience required; NetSuite preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing inventory transactions.
