Inventory Control Lead

📋 Description

• Lead inventory control activities, including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and
• Manage a team of direct reports (inventory control associates) within the building
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes of shrink, and implement corrective

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of inventory control, inventory management, or fulfillment center/distribution
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, inventory audits, and SOX compliance
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Looker, warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability
• Familiarity with AI tools, systems, or technologies that support analysis, reporting, and workflow
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, conducting physical
