📋 Description

• Oversee, schedule, and assign tasks to Inventory Specialists
• Ensure FIFO rotation and product freshness
• Manage METRC and POS platforms for data accuracy
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and upload counts to Finance
• Verify deliveries against METRC manifests
• Track 'best by' dates and ensure sell-through

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years inventory management experience in high-volume retail
• METRC and POS platform experience
• Knowledge of local and state cannabis laws and BCC regulations
• Strong leadership skills
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and organize
