📋 Description

• Own inventory accuracy, inventory integrity, and inventory compliance performance for the
• Lead and develop the Inventory Control team while establishing a culture of accountability
• Manage inventory governance programs including cycle counting, physical inventories, inventory
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and
• Identify inventory risks, investigate discrepancies, and drive root cause analysis and corrective
• Monitor inventory health, inventory accuracy, financial exposure, and key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, industrial
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in
• Experience supporting automation and robotics environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems.
