Inventory Control Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Record results of counts and adjust system inventory as authorized.
• Lead, investigate and resolve inventory variances, including root cause analysis and corrective
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system data matches physical inventory.
• Support periodic full physical inventory and audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to validate stock movements and resolve

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems (WMS) or
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• RFID process experience, both with utilization and implementation.
