• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and IT assets within the data center region
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure their safe storage and distribution
• Conduct ongoing audits of asset inventory to verify accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with operations team to allocate resources efficiently
• Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management
• Utilize inventory management software and other tools to maintain accurate records

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with asset management software
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Comfortable working in data center environment, ability to move and lift heavy objects
