Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conducting regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits
• Reconciling physical and system inventory levels
• Assisting with lost SKU investigations and reporting discrepancies
• Supporting order fulfillment by picking and stickering goods
• Entering and maintaining data for compliance
• Preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting audits

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years data management and inventory auditing experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and collaborative skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in active environment
• Basic math skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn warehouse systems
• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
