Inventory Lead

📋 Description

• Work closely with receiving, packing, and shipping teams to ensure seamless movement of products
• Adhere to the SQF Food Safety Code and monitor the warehouse floor to ensure consistent compliance
• Drive a proactive see something, say something culture and escalate concerns with swift action
• Support optimal stock levels with accurate documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits; coordinate with leadership to schedule counts
• Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices to ensure product quality and freshness

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience or comfort working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends when needed
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
