Design stockrooms, receiving areas, and storage infra.
Execute core inventory activities: receiving, putaway, picking.
Establish receiving procedures for quick material availability.
Hire/train/manage contractors as volume grows.
Own internal logistics and cross-facility transfers.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in inventory management or related field.
Experience building or improving an inventory operation.
Strong knowledge: receiving, putaway, picking, cycle counting.
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, MES inventory systems.
Willingness to work in stockrooms, labs, manufacturing spaces.
Travel regularly among company facilities.
