Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Strategy, Ops, and Product teams.
Build process improvements by aligning Merch and MM Product needs.
Ensure on-time delivery and fill rate with key suppliers.
Set direction for partners and communicate effectively across teams.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Organize large datasets and ensure data accuracy
Identify patterns to inform forward strategies
Consider customer impact in decisions
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
