Inventory Specialist

📋 Description

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials for accuracy and traceability.
• Manage material storage and organization with inventory bins, racks, and labeling.
• Perform cycle counts, reconciliation, and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
• Pick, package, and ship materials with proper documentation and export compliance.
• Coordinate transfers between fabrication, assembly, and test teams to support flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in inventory, logistics, or warehouse ops within manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
• Experience with ERP/MRP inventory systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Forklift certification or ability to certify on hire.
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline in fast-paced production.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long periods; willing to extend hours/weekends.
