Inventory Specialist

📋 Description

• Own engineering inventory: track, receive, restock components, consumables, tools, equipment; set
• Kit parts for builds and repairs
• Manage receiving and shipping, including inbound deliveries, inspections, logging, outbound
• Keep storage organized: maintain clean, labeled, ESD-safe storage; run cycle counts and audits
• Maintain inventory systems and data accuracy
• Support lab upkeep and safety, equipment tracking, demo setup/shipment

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing physical inventory in lab/warehouse/makerspace/production
• Experience with purchasing/procurement, suppliers and distributors
• Familiarity with inventory or component management tools
• Comfort handling electronic components, PCBAs, cables, lab equipment
• Working knowledge of ESD handling protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
