Inventory Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee cycle counts, Metrc inventory review, and accuracy.
• Direct Inventory Agents and Inventory Control Lead in SOP execution.
• Ensure inventory records are accurate and SOPs followed.
• Lead investigations into variances and root cause of discrepancies.
• Manage staff to meet inventory counts and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with state-regulated inventory systems (Metrc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Deadline-driven, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks; plant material exposure.
