📋 Description

• Determine and track most important KPIs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of production, ensuring the needs of the forecast are met
• Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks. Suggest continuous improvements
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
• Train and manage a team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term

🎯 Requirements

• Supervision, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Inventory Control
• Proven experience as inventory/warehouse supervisor or similar position
• Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
