Inventory Support Officer (South South)

📋 Description

• Role ensures end-to-end custody of POS terminals in the IMS repair pipeline.
• Log received devices within 24 hours with correct IMS status.
• Identify and quarantine damaged or missing-serial devices; raise discrepancy.
• Track terminals through stages: Assessment, In Repair, QA, Dispatch.
• Enforce 24–72 hour SLA from receipt-to-assignment and QA-to-dispatch.
• Maintain counts, compliance, and audit readiness at the repair centre.

🎯 Requirements

• OND in related discipline
• At least 2 years in inventory operations
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Experience handling high-volume inventory
