Investigations, Law Enforcement and Engagement Lead

📋 Description

• Design and execute FinCRO Investigations’ global engagement with law enforcement and partners
• Serve as Stripe’s primary liaison to law enforcement for financial crime matters
• Coordinate complex joint investigations and referrals to support enforcement
• Ensure intelligence, threat trends, and regulatory insights are shared for training and program enhancements
• Oversee end-to-end referral, intake, and escalation processes for investigations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in law enforcement or FIU with international partners
• 3+ years cross-border financial crime investigations and public-private partnerships
• Deep knowledge of AML regulatory frameworks and enforcement requests
• Strong stakeholder management, communications and problem solving
• Excellent research and writing for detailed reports and executive briefings
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
