Support payment for assigned studies including setup, maintenance, and timely payment to sites
Provide customer service and site issue resolution
Assist in entering study budgets and payees
Review EDC updates to determine payable budget items
Liaise with Site Agreements to receive contracts, budgets, and amendments
Communicate with sites, Finance and clinical teams on payment questions/status

🎯 Requirements

University/College degree (Business or Accounting preferred)
Three (3) years’ experience in financial, clinical trial, or grant payment roles
