Investigator Grants/Finance Analyst (CRO)

📋 Description

• Support investigator site payment activities (setup, maintenance, reconciliation).
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments with high site service.
• Assist with budgeting, payment structures, and investigator payee information.
• Review trial data updates and determine when budget items are payable.
• Collaborate with site agreement teams to process contracts, budgets, and amendments.
• Communicate with sites, finance, and clinical teams on payment status.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in financial operations, clinical trials, or grants/payments.
• Understanding of clinical research processes and site payment workflows is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication to collaborate with internal teams and sites.
