Investigator Payments Lead – Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end clinical site payment administration
• Manage systems, vendors, stakeholders, improvements
• Configure payment milestones and ensure timely deliverables
• Map study activities to budgets and payment triggers in EDC
• Resolve payment issues to minimize site reimburse delays
• Provide guidance on site contracts and budgets within payment systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in clinical contracts, budget administration, or clinical project ops
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and site budgets
• Experience managing investigator payments or payment workflows preferred
• Familiarity with EDC, data mgmt, or tech-enabled operations a plus
• Ability to interpret contracts, budgets, and payment terms
• Excellent org and stakeholder mgmt across global teams
