🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline is required; a graduate
• 6+ years of professional investment experience, with significant exposure to investment manager
• CFA designation or progress toward the CFA designation is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate investment managers, strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment
• Ability to present research findings and investment recommendations effectively to senior
