🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience in impact investing or an adjacent field such as venture capital, venture
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, with consideration of candidates with 1 year
• Strong analytical and data-management skills, with the ability to break down complex problems
• Comfort interpreting financial statements, conducting portfolio analysis, building financial
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, deliver high-quality outputs, prioritize
