📋 Description

• Evaluate, structure, execute and monitor investment grade private credit investments across a broad
• Assess new investment opportunities through detailed fundamental credit analysis, relative value
• Partner with investment and credit colleagues in Chicago and London to originate opportunities
• Support diligence efforts, financial analysis and transaction structuring, including review and
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, arrangers, advisors and other market participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate companies and industries by synthesizing large volumes of
• Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements and
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and disciplined, with independent thinking and ability to challenge
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics preferred.
• Direct experience in credit investing or formal credit training program is preferred.
