📋 Description

• Own design, launch, and scale of B2B fiat and investment ops.
• Oversee Fiat-as-a-Broker, OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships.
• Build scalable, compliant, revenue-generating B2B lines with teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Treasury, Compliance, and regional teams.
• Design operational frameworks for fiat-based products.
• Drive market research and benchmarking across LATAM, SEA, EU.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in banking/fintech/payments with B2B/investment exposure.
• Strong knowledge of fiat infrastructure, liquidity flows, or product mechanics.
• Experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or ecosystem ops.
• Cross-functional with Product, Compliance, and regional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset; translate data into insights.
• High ownership and execution in fast-paced environments.
