📋 Description

• Develop realistic financial modeling tasks in Excel based on professional investment banking
• Establish clear, accurate reference solutions for each assignment

• Test AI model capabilities by submitting assignments and analyzing performance
• Refine evaluation frameworks when AI models fail, creating detailed assessment criteria

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including merger models, pro forma financial
• Ability to build, review, troubleshoot, and extend complex financial models with numerical accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent written English for producing clear task briefs and evaluation rubrics
• Interest in AI research and willingness to learn evaluation methodologies
