📋 Description

• Develop realistic financial modeling tasks based on professional experience in investment banking
• Establish correct reference solutions by completing assignments to produce clear, accurate
• Design evaluation criteria using precise, objective, yes-or-no grading rubrics.
• Test AI model capabilities by submitting assignments for evaluation against leading AI models.
• Refine evaluation frameworks by creating detailed assessment criteria to identify errors
• Prepare high-quality supporting materials including task briefs and input Excel workbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including merger models, pro forma financial
• Financial modeling accuracy with the ability to build, review, troubleshoot, and extend complex
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Interest in AI research and willingness to learn about AI evaluation methodologies.
