📋 Description

• Develop realistic financial modeling tasks based on professional experience in investment banking
• Establish correct reference solutions by completing each assignment to produce clear, accurate
• Design evaluation criteria, including precise, objective, yes-or-no grading rubrics, to enable
• Test AI model capabilities by submitting assignments for evaluation against leading AI models and
• Refine evaluation frameworks by creating detailed assessment criteria for AI model failures and
• Prepare high-quality supporting materials, including clear task briefs and necessary input Excel

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including merger models, pro forma financial
• Financial modeling accuracy, with the ability to build, review, troubleshoot, and extend complex
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to
• Excellent written communication skills in English, including the ability to produce clear task
• Interest in AI research and willingness to learn about AI evaluation methodologies, model testing
