Investment Operations Analyst - Reconciliation Specialist (US Start of Day)

📋 Description

• Own daily reconciliation across cash, positions, tax lots, and securities.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions; ensure start-of-day accuracy.
• Collaborate with customers, Product, and Engineering to improve processes with automation and AI.
• Leverage AI/ML and automation to design scalable workflows.
• Manage daily pricing, FX rates, and security master data; resolve vendor exceptions.
• Support post-trade workflows and settlements to ensure accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years in investment operations or related middle/back-office.
• Familiarity with portfolio accounting, reconciliation, performance reporting, and trade lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and timeliness.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve breaks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Proficiency with Google Apps or MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
• Curiosity about new technologies, including AI-driven tools.
