Monitor and optimize DB and Kubernetes performance.
Ensure DB security via RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and network policies.
Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Dev teams on DBaaS design.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience managing PostgreSQL in Kubernetes environments.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, stateful workloads, and persistent storage.
Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DB automation.
Knowledge of backup, recovery, replication, and HA/DR.
Experience monitoring/troubleshooting DB and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Kubernetes security: RBAC, encryption, secrets, network policies.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
