Deliver Level 1/2 support for network and security infra across multiple entities.
Monitor, maintain and support critical network systems.
Provide 24/7 support in rotating shifts to cover market hours.
Monitor infra with Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS, or similar.
Troubleshoot multi-vendor network environments.
Collaborate across Euronext locations to ensure service availability.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in a NOC/SOC or similar tech support.
Hands-on with Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS.
Troubleshoot complex multi-vendor networks.
Proficient with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, Fortinet.
Strong analytical skills and teamwork; able to rotate shifts.
