Troubleshoot issues in applications, infrastructure, databases, networks, and security.
Participate in major incident, problem, and change management.

🎯 Requirements

Experience providing technical support in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking, databases, infrastructure, and security concepts.
Experience troubleshooting applications and IT infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
