Investment Strategy Director

📋 Description

• Lead generosity investment strategy for FanDuel's customer lifecycle
• Define capital allocation frameworks and guardrails
• Build portfolio view and track ROI and impact
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, Data Science, and Marketing
• Create model-driven, personalized investment approaches
• Lead a small team of analysts (current team size: 3)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years in strategy, analytics, commercial finance or customer marketing
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of performance drivers
• Strategic mindset balancing near-term results with long-term value
• Experience in online businesses, ecommerce or regulated industries preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of the online gaming industry is essential
• Highly organized with strong planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
